her. She and her 9 year old sister Helena were living with very feeble grandparents and an alcoholic uncle who was dying from tuberculosis. Another family member, who was financially unable to care for them, but concerned about their well-being, brought their situation to the attention of the welfare department and Glory and her sister were brought to live at Treasures of Africa.
Today Glory is a very happy 13 year old who just graduated from Primary School and will enter Secondary School in January 2014. She enjoys school and always does well on every report card. She is a sweet girl who always loves to lend a helping hand. When any work needs to be done, you will always find her willing to be of service. She dreams of one day becoming a teacher. We believe the love and care that is being poured into Glory at Treasures of Africa will one day be used by God to bless others through her life.
